1 can Tuna, StarKist Chuck White Albacore Tuna, Omega-3, 112 grams1/4 cup Quick Oats1 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil (Reduced Fat Mayo)1/4 cup Carrots shredded3 Tbsp. Egg Whites (All Whites Brand Liquid)1 Tbsp. Chopped Onion1 oz. 75% reduced fat Cabot Sharp Cheddar1 Tbsp. Canola oil
Mix tuna with quick oats, shredded carrots, egg white, chopped onion, and reduced fat mayo. Cook in fry pan in oil, top with reduced fat cheese.
