1. Peanuts, dry-roasted, 1 cup 2.Almonds, 1 cup, whole 3. Pumpkin Seeds, 1 cup 4. Sunflower Seeds, without salt, 1 cup, hulled 5. Flax Seed, 2 tbsp 6. Raisins, 0.5 cup
This should make about 16 servings of ¼ cup each. Each serving will have 6.5 grams of effective carbohydrate and 3.5 grams of fiber. If you make the same mix without the raisins, assuming 14 servings, each will have 4 grams of effective carbohydrate and 3 grams of fiber.
