Oats, .5 cupFlaxseed, .5 cup Pumpkin Seeds, .25 cup Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 cup, halves and whole (divided)1/2 C. sugar free vanilla syrup (Torani or DaVinci)Coconut Oil, .25 cup Pecans, 1 cup, chopped Almonds, .5 cup, sliced Raisins, .25 cup, packed
Preheat oven to 325. Combine oats, flaxseed, seeds and 1/2 C. cashews, vanilla syrup, and oil in a large bowl and toss to coat. Spread mixture in an 8x8" baking pan and press to make an even layer about 1/2" thick. Bake until nearly dry and crispy, about 30 min. Let mixture cool in the pan for at least an hour. Meanwhile, combine pecans, almonds, raisins and remaining 1/2 C. cashews in a large bowl. Break the cooled mixture into little pieces and stir into nut-fruit bowl.
