Ingredients
2 onions chopped1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup flour 2 cups chicken broth1 can light coconut milk12 0z shrimp peeled400 grams scallopscilantro sauce fresh cilantrocooked pasta
Directions
saute onions in oil until soft add flour cook a few minutes
add broth and coconut milk cook until thickened add seafood and cilantro sauce
