Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can salmon1 large egg.25 cup chopped onions.5 cup panko bread crumbs1 clove chopped garlicsaltpepperred pepper flakesparsleyOlive Oil to brown
Directions
Open can of salmon (I remove the bones, leave the skin)
Break up into chunks in a bowl
Add beaten egg, onions, garlic and bread crumbs
Add in spices (to taste)
Mix well (with your hands!)
Make an even layer in the bowl, use the side of your hand to score down the middle, half turn the bowl and score in the middle again, to make 4 even sections.
Take each section and make a nice formed patty
Lay in heated skillet with oil
Do not flip until it has a nice crusty brown coating, flip once.
