Crab Avocado Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients
1/2 Sun Dried Tomato Tortilla Wrap1/4 avocado mashed1 tbsp cream cheese1/2 sliced red pepper1/4 cup crab meat
Directions
Makes 1 tortilla wrap sandwich

Cut one tortilla in half

Mash avocado and blend with cream cheese and spread on wrap.

Slice red pepper in strips and spread evenly on wrap

Spread crab meat evenly across wrap.

Fold.

    I made this with some left over lobster and it was great, used a Joseph's flatbread multigrain because that was all I could get, I imagine the tomato and basil would be a nice addition in flavor. The greek cream cheese tastes the same and is less fat and calories, as is the flatbread - 5/30/15

    Its hard to look at a recipe and not change things to one personal taste. I plan on grilling the red bell pepper, mashing the avaocado with lime, cilantro and chilantro chile...ditch the cream cheese and replace with some rip roaring spicy salsa. I searched this recipe b/c I needed to use the crab! - 4/2/08
