Carol's Very Low Fat Chocolate Banana Mini-Muffins

Ingredients
1 tsp vanilla extract2.5 very ripe medium bananas, thoroughly mashed I 15.25 ounce box of Betty Crocker Super Moist Milk Chocolate Cake mix, unprepared3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place mashed bananas in mixing bowl and stir in vanilla extract. Gradually add dry cake mix, stirring until cake mix is absorbed. Batter will be thick. Stir in chopped walnuts, if desired. Spoon into mini-muffin tin cups prepared with cooking spay. Fill cups 1/2 -3/4 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
