Curried Cauliflower and Potato

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)Curry powder, 2 tsp (remove)*Potato, raw, 1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) (remove)Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
Directions
-Saute Onions in oil
-Add curry and saute for 2-3 mins stirring constantly
-add the rest of ingredients and cover and simmer for 15 mins until cooked through
