Ground turkey stroganoff

Ingredients
1 pound lean ground turkey1 can 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup1.25 c. nonfat milk2 c. fresh mushrooms3 c. whole wheat egg noodles1 small onion2 tbsp. light buttery spread2 tbsp. fat free sour cream
Directions
brown turkey with chopped onion. Add can of soup and milk. Stir until well combined. Meanwhile saute mushrooms in a separate pan in buttery spread. When mushrooms are lightly browned add them to the turkey. Stir in sour cream before serving.
