Curry Sauce

Ingredients
2tbsp oil1 large onion, chopped1 garlic clove, crushed2tsp ground coriander2tsp ground turmeric1tsp fenugreek seeds1tsp ground cumin50g split red lentils450ml vegetable stock150ml greek yoghurt
Directions
Heat the oil - add onion & garlic & fry for 5 mins.
Add spices and cook for 2 mins.
Add lentils & stock, boil and simmer for 30 mins
Season, stir in yoghurt & serve
