Mom's Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Raisins, 1 cup (not packed) Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) *Whole Wheat Flour, 1.25 cup *Canola Oil, .25 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 0.75 cup *Skim Milk, 1 cup (Add 2 T vinegar to a measuring cup and fill the rest of the cup with skim milk to make 1 cup buttermilk) Baking Soda, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large Honey, .25 cup 1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Combine half of the raisins, the banana, oil, honey, milk and egg in a blender and beat until combined and raisins are chopped up. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl with the remaining raisins. Add wet mix to dry and stir. Put in muffin tins lined with liners. Bake at 375 for 18-23 minutes
