Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedWhite Rice, long grain, 2 cupButter, unsalted, 1 stickSeasoning, Tony Chachere's, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g), 2 tsp Walmart cooked small shrimp peel, deveined, tail off (100-150), 1 packageSwanson Beef Broth, 1.75 cup
Directions
Sauter onion in butter
mix all ingredients in rice cooker
turn it on and jambalaya is ready when the cooker cuts off.
