Ingredients
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded1 (10 3/4 oz.) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1 (10 3/4oz.) can cream of potato soup1 1/2 c. chicken broth1 (11 oz.) can mexicorn, drained1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, undrained1 packet taco seasoning1 (8 oz.) container light sour cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients but sour cream in a pot and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes and then add sour cream to mixture. Turn to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Makes about 8 one cup servings.
