Ingredients
3 lg. chicken breast (skinless-boneless) -142 cal ea.3 lg. boiled eggs (chopped to desired size) -70 cal ea.3 lg. celery stalks (chopped to desired size) - 01 sm. onion (chopped to desired size) - 03 TBS sweet pickle relish -15 cal/TBS4 TBS lite mayo - 15 cal/TBS1/2c. fat free sour cream - 95 cal1/2c. grapes - 100 cal/cup1/4c. dried cranberries - 0salt and pepper (opitional)
Directions
grill chicken breast 4-6 min per side or until tender. cool. chop to desired size. set chicken aside and chop other ingredients to desired size in a large bowl. spoon in sour cream and mayo and relish add salt and pepper to desired taste. mix all ingredients together thoroughly add grapes and cranberries last.
