Whole Wheat Beginners Bread

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour1 cup all-purpose flour1 tsp. salt2 tsp. yeast1 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 cup warm water
Directions
Combine flours, salt yeast, and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add warm water and vegetable oil. Mix until dough forms ball. Knead by hand or with dough hook on mixer for five minutes. Form into ball and place in oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise in warm place until doubled in size, up to two hours. Punch down and form into loaf shape. Place into greased 9" x 5" loaf pan and let rise until desired size. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes, or until lightly brown and sounds hollow when bottom is tapped. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
