Ingredients
oats, raisins, coconut oil, coconut flour, ground flax, special K protein plus, soy nuts, peanut butter, brown sugar, hemp protein powder, vanilla beans, egg, honey, salt, cinnimon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients, then add honey, vanilla, egg and oil to the middle of the bowl...mix, then add peanut butter. Put in greased pan, bake 350 degrees convection style for 20ish to 30ish minutes. Once you take them out, you can add mini chocolate chips and spread. This step is optional, but a must for chocolate lovers!

    These were great! They ended up tasting a bit more like protein bars, maybe more oats or even some larger pieces of Special K in addition to the ground up ones? Oh, or maybe spreading some peanut butter on top - melted chips? Awesome though! Keep the recipes coming! - 3/26/12
