1Lb Pork Tenderloin(Cut into thin strips)1 Cup Chicken Broth1/4 Cup Soy Sauce3 TBSP Corn Starch1 tsp Ginger (ground)1 Clove Garlic (minced)1 Cup Carrots (sliced thin)1 Cup Celery (sliced thin)1 Cup Onions (Cut into wedges)1 Cup Cabbage (shredded)1 Cup Spinach (Shredded)
1. Combine broth, soy sauce, cornstarch & ginger. Set aside.
2. Coat large wok w/ non-stick cooking spray.
3. Heat wok to med-high heat or 375.
4. Add pork & garlic. Stir fry for 5min. Add carrots, celery, onions, spinach & cabbage. Stir fry for 3 min.
5. Add broth mixture & stir fry for 3 min.
