8 yukon potato with skin4 tbsp Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread3 cloves Garlic1/4 cup Olive Oil
Directions
Boil potatoes until soft, add earth balance, olive oil and garlic (raw or sauteed). Mash with fork for coarse texture or use a handheld mixer for smoother.
