Buttered and Peppered Pollock

Ingredients
2 Fresh Pollock Fillets1-2 tbsps of ButterGround black pepper
Directions
Melt butter in frying pan on medium-high heat.

Place fish in frying pan and coat the top with a thin layer of ground pepper. Leave 5-7 minutes, or the side touching the frying pan is beginning to brown. Flip, and repeat.
