Beans, black, 4 cupOnions, raw, 1 largeRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or slicedYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 3 cup kernelsOlive Oil, 4 tbsp*Balsamic Vinegar, 3 tbspSalt, 1 tsp*Celantro, fresh chopped 1/4cup, 1 serving
Directions
Drain black beans, chop and deseed tomatoes, chop remaining veggies and add corn in large bowl. Add seasoning and mix well. Enjoy.
