Pork Chop Potato casserole

8 boneless pork loin chops1 tbsp. vegetable oil1 tsp. Tastefully Simple Seasoned Salt1 can Campbell's Healthy Request mushroom1/2 cup sour cream1 tbsp. Tastefully Simple Garlic Garlic seasoning1 26 oz. bag frozen shredded hash browns1 cup cheddar cheese ( divided)
First, combine the 1/2 cup sour cream with the TS Garlic Garlic, and set aside. In a large bowl, mix the Campbell's mushroom soup and the mixture above. Then add the potatoes and 3/4 cup cheese. Brown both sides of the pork chops in the tbsp. of oil in a skillet. Put the potatoes and soup mixture in a greased 9 X 13 pan, and lay the browned pork chops on top. Cover the pan and bake for 40 minutes. Put the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 5 minutes.
