Low-Carb pizza crust

Ingredients
I package (8 oz) Cream cheese at room temperature1 cup parmesan cheese (grated)2 eggs2 tsp olive oil for greasing pan
Directions
1. Cream the cream cheese in a bowl with the parmesan.
2. Beat the eggs until frothy and add to the cheese mixture.
3. Grease an 9X13baking tin.
4. Spread the spreadable dough into the pan
5. Bake ina preheated oven f0r 30 minutes. On my oven it is gas mark 2.
6. Let cool slightly and top with toppings and place in oven again until ready (cheese is bubbly).

Serving Size: Makes 1 9x13 pizza crust
