Crab Cakes

Ingredients
1 lb lump or backfin crab meat1 Tbsp Mustard1 egg, beaten1/2 cup lite mayo1 tsp Old Bay seasoning2 Tbsp bread crumbs
Directions
Mix well. Form into 6 cakes. Let set. Saute using cooking spray or broil.
