Vegan Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
Bob’s Red Mill Muesli, 0.5 cupGranola cereal, 0.5 cupHoly Crap Cereal (chia seeds and shelled hemp hearts), 1 tbspWhole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cupUnsweetened Shredded Coconut, 0.5 cupCinnamon, ground, 0.25 tspBaking Soda, 0.25 tspSea Salt, pinchMaple Syrup, 0.5 cupCanola Oil, 0.25 cupVanilla Extract, 0.25 tspUnsweetened Applesauce, 0.5 cupRaisins, 0.5 cup (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl - make sure to blend well. Let sit for 5 minutes and mix again.

Drop by the spoonful onto a parchment paper-lined cookie sheet. Bake for 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven. They will be very soft, so let them set for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
