I hope it's ok to give a different opinion?

I like the idea of the anchovie 'tapenade' but I would not use gouda. I'd rather use some beautiful red radiccio with the green grapes for that delicious mix of sweet and salty.

If I did use cheese I would choose a sharper sheep or goat variety. - 6/5/12

This sounds delicious, I'm excited to try, but I'm curious: is it really that low in calories?? (Sorry for my ignorance, I'm a bit new to the counting calories/healthy eating and cooking scene!) - 10/16/12

To answer Marginally, I choose to eat local goat cheese and it works great in this. - 9/6/12

Does anyone know if goat or sheep's cheese would work in place of the Gouda? I'm allergic to cow's milk. - 6/2/12
