Grilled Citrus Swordfish Steaks with Chili Yogurt Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
Swordfish and MarinadeJuice and zest of one orangeJuice and zest of one lemon6 tablespoons sweet chili sauce (I use Mae Ploy)4 swordfish steaks,4 cloves garlic, thinly slicedChili Yogurt Tartar Sauce(This is a more of less type of thing-just mess with it until it's as spicy/zippy/tangy as you like.)I do about: 1/4 cup plain non fat yogurt2T sweet pickle relish2T sweet chili sauce1 T dijion mustarda couple squirts of lemon juiceSalt and pepper to tasteMix it all together
Directions
Mix together all the marinade ingredients and marinate steaks at least an hour but more is better. Fire up the grill on low heat and grill the swordfish about 5 minutes on each side, brushing with extra marinade.

Toss together the sauce ingredients, serve with the fish.
