1 cup of chopped Kale0.5 cup of chopped Cherry Tomatoes1/8 of a cup of chopped Red Onion1 tbsp of Olive Oil1 tbsp of Trader Joe's Crumbled Feta with Mediterranean herbs0.5 cup of Trader Joe's Organic Black Bean
Directions
1. Chop Kale, Red Onion, and Cherry tomatoes
2. Mix above vegetables with olive oil and black beans
3. Top with Feta!
