Easy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

Ingredients
Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 2 large Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1.5 cup Seeds, sesame seeds, whole, 1 oz Sesame Oil, 0.5 tbspLemon Juice from 1 lemon2 cloves garlic
Directions
Broil red peppers for 4 minutes, flip and broil another 4 min. Remove stem and spines.

Drain and rinse chickpeas.

Blend sesame seeds in Vitamix until a fine powder forms. Add sesame oil, lemon juice and garlic clove and pulse for a few seconds.

Add chickpeas and red peppers and blend for a few minutes until smooth.

Serving Size: makes 24 - 2 Tbsp servings
