Lower Carb Crock Pot Chili con Carne

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground beef, lean, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw, 6 clove Garlic, 2 tbsp Chili powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp black Pepper 1 can (29 oz) Pureed Tomatoes, 1 can Diced Tomatoes, 2 tbsp Cumin powder
Directions
In a large skillet, brown Ground beef, Onions, Garlic, Chili powder, Salt & Pepper . _______________________

While that is browning add to crock pot:
Pureed Tomatoes, Diced Tomatoes,
& Cumin powder, turn it on low.

When the meat has browned, drain fat,
puree meat in food processor to desired consistancy.

Add meat puree to crock pot.
Simmer on low two hours.
