Chicken Salad Sandwhich with Tomatos

Ingredients
* Baked Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces ) * Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 2 tbsp * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato * Bread, whole wheat (including toast), 6 slice (remove)
Directions
Chop baked chicken breast in food processor (or by hand), seed and chop tomato, in a mixing bow combine the chicken, tomato, and mayonnaise.

Spread on the bread.

Makes 3 sandwiches.
