Rosemary Roasted Cashews II

Ingredients
1 lb. raw cashews2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves1 tbsp. smart balance 50/50 butter blend - melted1 tsp. Truvia2 tsp. sea salt1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat overn to 375 degrees. Arrange cashews in single layer on cookie sheet. Roast 10 -12 minutes or until nuts are toasted and heated through.
Meanwhile in separate large bowl mix rosemary, butter, sugar, salt and cayenne until thoroughly mixed. Add hot cashews to bowl with mixture and toss until nuts are well coated.

Serving Size: 1/4 cup cashews
