Yeast Free Homemade Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients
Crust:2 c. flour1 tsp. salt2 tsp. baking powder1 c. water2 Tbsp. vegetable oilToppings:1 c. Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese1 c. Pizza Sauce14 Pepperoni (Mama Mary's Gourmet)Italian Seasoning (optional)
Directions
Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water. Knead on floured counter just until workable and spreadable, about 2 minutes. Put on pizza pan. With fingers, spread vegetable oil on crust (helps so tomato sauce won't soak into crust) then spread with tomato sauce and top with toppings of your choice. This particular recipe was made with Kroger's Finely Shredded Italian Style Cheese, Mama Mary's Pepperoni & Italian Seasoning.

Bake at 425°F for 20 minutes.
