Slow roasted halibut

Ingredients
1/2 cup white wine1 pound halibut steak1 tbs olive oil1/2 tbs unsalted butterSalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Put fish in glass baking dish.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and generous amount of pepper.
Dot with small pieces of butter.
Pour wine around fish.
Cook for ~ 20 minutes, until fish is just done.
