93% Lean Ground Beef, 24 oz Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 1 serving Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp, 4 serving Garlic, 2 tsp *2 tsp Italian Seasoning, 1 serving Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large *Great Value Grated Parmesian Cheese, 4 tbsp
Bake it on 375 for 30 minutes.
Cook it for 23 minutes then take out of oven. With a papertowel wipe of excess grease. Squirt a dolop of reduced sugar ketchup onto each muffin, return to oven, and finish cooking for last 7 minutes.
