Ingredients
half pond shrimp1 cup white cooking wineone clove of garlic,choppedone onion, chopped2tbsp I can't believe it,s not butter spray1 boiling bag white rice
Directions
Boil water for rice, in a large skillet add "butter", and garlic and onion cook then add white wine bring to boil and add shrimp. simmer about 3 minutes. serve over rice. You can add some fresh choppoed parsley if you like to garnish. makes four servings
