Portobello Mushroom Cap (gills and stem removed), spaghetti or pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese (shredded), any desired spices/herbs
Preheat oven to 375. Clean mushroom and remove stem and gills. Cook for 8 minutes on cookie sheet. Remove from oven and spread on 1 tbsp pizza or spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup of freshly shredded partially skim mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with herbs or spices of your choosing (I used garlic and chili flakes) and return to oven for 12 minutes.
