Graham Crackers

Ingredients
2 t lemon juice1/2 C fat free evaporated milk1/2 C oil1/2 C unsweetened applesauce1/2 C honey2 t vanilla2 eggs1 C brown sugar6 C whole wheat flour1 t salt1 t baking soda1 t cinnamon
Directions
Mix together wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Combine and mix well. Divide into four equal parts. Roll out on greased and floured cookie sheet until 1/4 inch thick.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Cut into crackers while warm.
