Ingredients:Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 8 cup Lentils, 1 cup Canned Tomatoes, 2 cup Onions, raw, .185 cup, chopped Celery, raw, .06 cup, diced Spinach, fresh, 2 cupbrown rice (1 cup cooked), 1.5 serving *Wheat Berries - Cooked (Whole Wheat), 1.5 cup **Al-Rabih Tahini, 2 tbsp
Place 2 quarts of canned or homemade chicken broth in a very very large stainless steal stock pot. Add 1 cup dry lentils, 3 Tbsps chopped onions, 1 Tbsp celery, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 3 tsp Bio Salt, wheat berries, and brown rice. Add spinach and tahini shortly before serving. Add bio salt to taste if using canned chicken broth.
