Quick Taco Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey2 tsp taco seasoning1/2 medium yellow onion1 can drained yellow corn1 can crushed tomato2 cups minute rice
Directions
1. brown ground turkey and onions in large frying pan
2. once the turkey is browned than you will add the crushed tomatoes, can of drained corn, and taco seasoning.
3. prepare the 2 cups of minute rice.
4 when rice is done than add the rice to the ground turkey mixture and blend well.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 cup servings
