Ingredients
1 C Skim Milk1/2 C frozen blackberries (unsweetened)2/3 C frozen strawberries (unsweetened)1 T t chaerry juice concentrate1 scoop whey protein powder
Directions
place ingredients in blender starting with liquids
mix powder with liquids
add frozen fruit and blend
pour in 1.5 Cup glass and enjoy.
