Parmesan Chicken Pita

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 0.5 breast, bone and skin removedGarlic, .5 cloveSalt, to taste*Black Pepper (Ground), 0.2 tspSage, ground, .5 tsp*Onion powder, .1 tbspBread, pita, whole-wheat, 1 pita, small (4" dia)Parmesan Cheese, shredded, 1 tbsp*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, .5 tbspRed Ripe Tomatoes, 0.25 cup, chopped or slicedIceberg Lettuce (salad), 0.25 cup, shredded or chopped*Emeril’s Italian Seasoning, 0.2 tsp*Balsamic Vinegar, .5 tbsp*Hidden Valley Light Ranch, .5 tbsp
Directions
Thinly slice 1 chicken breast
In medium bowl, combine chicken, olive oil, spices and seasonings, minced garlic, and vinegar.
cook chicken mixture in skillet for 4-5 minutes until chicken is cooked through. with one minute left, add parmesan cheese.
Cut small pita in half-stuff with chicken mixture, lettuce, and tomatoes. top with 1 tsp of lite ranch, italian, or caesar salad dressing.
