Jamie Eason's Lemon Protein Bars with Egg Beaters

Ingredients
1 cup Bob's Red Mill oat flour 2 scoops Body Fortress vanilla whey protein 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 qt mix Propel Zero Lemonade drink mix (4 packets) 1 cup Egg Beaters1/2 cup Splenda8 oz applesauce
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Mix oat flour, vanilla whey protein, salt, baking soda and drink mix in a large bowl.

3. Mix Egg Beaters, Splenda and applesauce in a separate bowl.

4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.

5. Spray 8x8 glass Pyrex dish with non-stick butter spray.

6. Pour ingredients into dish.

7. Bake 23 minutes or until set in the center.

Serving Size: 16 squares - Jamie recommends 4 squares as a serving in her strength training program.
