Ingredients
Raw potatoes, slicedRaw onions, slicedraw carrots, sliced1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice1 can peas (or frozen)sausage or 1 pound of hamburger, cooked1 can tomato soup diluted with 1/2 cup water
Directions
In a casserole dish place potatoes, onions, carrots, peas (including liquid), uncooked rice, and sausage. Top with diluted soup. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
