Pineapple Pork and Peppers

Ingredients
12 oz pork cubed12 oz frozen peppers and onion blend2 cups mushroom rice2 cups cooked brown rice1 tsp chicken soup base1 tbl soy sauce1 cup pineapple juice1/2 tsp chopped garlic12 oz. canned of mushrooms drained
Directions
Mix the pineapple juice, soy sauce, soup base together in a ziploc bag. Add the pork and shake it up. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. In a hot skillet brown the pork. When the meat is almost done add the marinate and the vegetables and finish cooking. Mix in the rice and allow to sit for a few minutes.
