Southwest Style Chicken Fajitas

1 lb. chicken breast, cut in stripsCooking spray1 pkg taco seasoning10 oz bag frozen peppers and onions8 flour tortillas, 8 inchTopping: 1 can Campbell's Southwest Pepper Jack Soup1/2 C low fat sour cream4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Cut chicken into strips. Place in large skillet with cooking spray. Turn chicken to brown evenly. Add frozen peppers and onions and cook until liquid is evaporated. Add taco seasoning and simmer over medium low heat, 5-8 minutes.
Heat soup per directions.
Fill each tortilla with equal parts of mixture and fold. Top with equal amounts of cheese soup, cheddar cheese and sour cream (I have heated all of these together and poured over the fajita).

Add brown rice and salsa for 4 extra points.
