Blueberry Buckwheat muffins Gluten Free

Ingredients
Dark Buckwheat Flourground flax seedsbaking powdercinnamoneggalmondmilk (unsweetened)apples ( peeled and grated)coconut oil (melted)blueberriesdairy free chocolate chips (or Enjoy Life Mega chunks)
Directions
Combine flour, flaxseeds, baking powder, and cinnamon
In a separate bowl, whisk egg and add almondmilk
Combine wet with dry, add coconut oil and apples
Mix until well blended
Add in blueberries and chocolate chips
Pour into lined (or lightly greased) cupcake tin
Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
Enjoy with a drizzle of honey
