Whirley Pop Kettle Corn

Ingredients
.5 cup unpopped corn kernels 2 Tbs sugar.5 tsp salt2 Tbs oil (corn, canola or olive)
Directions
Serving Size: Makes about 6 quarts

Add all ingredients to Whirley Pop or similar stove-top popper and cook until all kernels are popped. Remove from heat immediately and vent steam to avoid chewy popcorn. Pour out onto cookie sheet and break apart with a spoon or spatula. Put some soapy water in your popper right away to avoid a tough clean-up later.

    Easy and super tasty. I like it with about half that amount of sugar and salt. I made it the old fashioned way just shaking a pan over the stove. - 4/21/13
