Ingredients:Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped Yellow Peppers 1 pepper*Cellery, Raw -1 StalkOlive Oil, 1 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp *Hot Chili Peppers, 2 pepper *Soy Sauce, 1 tbspGranulated Sugar, 1 tsp Veg Gravy granulesMagon Chutney
Chop onions, peppers and celery finely and fry in oil until onions are transparent, add herbs and chilli fry briefly then add a cup of water then all other ingredients.
Simmer until thickened add more water or gravy until suitable consistency.
Can be used for grilled fish or tofu (or to liven up veggi burgers).
Serve with veg or salad.
Serving Size: makes about a mixing jug full enough for 3-4 people.
