spicy chicken & rice

Ingredients
5 tsp low sodium taco seasoning12 oz. diced chicken breast1 can cream of chicken low fat & sodium soup1 cup thick & chunky salsa2 cup 10 minute brown rice1.5 cup water1/2 cup fat free sour cream
Directions
measure rice into slow cooker
add diced chicken
Mix water, taco seasoning, salsa, and cream soup together pour over the top of rice and chicken
cook on high for about 4 hours
before serving mix in sour cream
NOTE: I used medium salsa but you can use hot or mild also
makes 6.5 servings
