Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, 1.5 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)Snap peas, 2 cup (remove)Sesame Oil, 4 tbsp (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)Cashew Nuts, dry roasted (salt added), 1 cup, halves and whole (remove)
Directions
Brown chicken and onions with light salt and pepper. Add hardest veggies, soy sauce a little at a time until soft. Then add chicken and onions and continue cooking until well done.
